Arjun Archery Academy is an approved ISD Off-Campus PE provider for many ISDs, helping students develop focus, discipline, physical fitness, and competitive archery skills while earning PE credit.
What is Off-Campus PE?
Off-Campus Physical Education (OCPE) allows eligible Frisco ISD students to earn PE credit through approved athletic training programs outside of school.
Students continue attending school while receiving structured athletic training at Arjun Archery Academy.
Category 1 : 15+ Hours/ week - Student may leave school early for training
Category 2 : 10+ hours/week. Student remains on school campus for the full school day
Category 3 : 0.5 credit , 5+ hours/week. Student remains on school campus for the full school day

For all students enrolled in the JOAD program with the Club : Weekly Assignments for Off Campus PE will be available via emails and communication channel platform.
Process to Earn Off-Campus PE Credit
Students enrolled in our Off-Campus Physical Education (OCPE) program are expected to maintain consistent participation throughout the semester.
Program Expectations
Review weekly training plans, assignments, and announcements shared through email and our club communication platform (e.g., WhatsApp or text).
Attend your scheduled weekly coaching session.
Complete the recommended independent practice sessions and archery-specific conditioning activities.
Maintain a weekly training log. Arjun Archery Academy will review and verify participation to support the documentation required by Frisco ISD.
Typical Weekly Training Plan
The following is a sample training schedule designed to meet the 10–12 hours of weekly training typically required for Category II OCPE:
Weekly Coaching Session: 1.5 hours
Independent Range Practice (2 sessions): 3 hours
Weekend Practice: 3–5 hours
Archery-Specific Strength & Conditioning (Home or Gym): 1 hour per day, 5 days per week (approximately 5 hours)
Total Weekly Training: Approximately 10–12 hours
Training may include shooting with a bow, stretch-band exercises, strength and mobility training, walking or cardio, and other archery-specific fitness activities. Detailed training plans and exercise guidance will be provided upon enrollment.
