Level 3 NTS Certified Coach – USA Archery , Founder & Head Coach, Arjun Archery Academy
With over a decade of experience in recurve, compound, and barebow / NASP archery, Coach Ajay brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every session. As a Level 3 NTS (National Training System) Certified Coach through USA Archery, he is trained not only in advanced shooting techniques but also in athlete development, mental management, and long-term performance planning.
He has coached dozens of archers from beginner to state and national-level competition, and his approach blends structured training, mental focus, and personalized guidance to help each athlete grow at their own pace.
Coach Ajay is also a strong advocate of character development through sport — teaching discipline, confidence, and focus both on and off the range.
My Mission : Rekindle Love for the ancient sport and encourage youth to actively engage in outdoor activities that promote health, joy and growth mindset
My Approach : Individualization and Connection. Each Kids/youth and individual is differnt. I connect with kids, youth and elders at the level where they are, and then chart out a plan based on their goals.
