With over a decade of experience in recurve, compound, barebow , and NASP archery, Ajay Kumar brings deep technical expertise and a passion for athlete development to every training session. As a USA Archery Level 4 NTS (National Training System) Certified Coach, he is trained in advanced shooting technique, athlete development, mental management, and long-term performance planning.
Ajay has coached athletes ranging from first-time beginners to state and national-level competitors. His coaching philosophy combines structured training, mental focus, and individualized guidance to help each athlete develop confidence, consistency, and performance at their own pace.
Beyond technical skills, Ajay is a strong advocate for character development through sport, emphasizing discipline, focus, resilience, and sportsmanship—both on and off the range.
